Indications
- Seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever)
- Perennial allergic rhinitis
- General nasal congestion due to allergies

- Pseudoephedrine: Acts as a vasoconstrictor to shrink swollen nasal blood vessels, reducing congestion.
- Chlorphenamine: Blocks histamine (H1 receptor antagonist), relieving sneezing, itching, and runny nose.
- Adults and children over 12 years: 1–2 sprays per nostril, 1–2 times daily
- Shake before use and avoid tilting head back
- Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days
- Use under medical advice in children or during pregnancy
- Common:
- Dry mouth or throat
- Drowsiness or sedation
- Restlessness or irritability (especially in children)
- Serious (rare):
- Allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling)
- High blood pressure
- Palpitations
- Allergy to pseudoephedrine, chlorphenamine, or any ingredient in the spray
- Severe heart disease or high blood pressure
- Overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism)
- Glaucoma (narrow-angle type)
- Severe kidney problems
- Difficulty urinating due to prostate issues

Drug Interactions:
- Avoid with MAO inhibitors (risk of hypertensive crisis)
